After the complete success of theinaugural meeting in the Jesi headquarters, Pieralisi follows the new path started by its own Service for an ever greater closeness to the oil millers with two important events in Puglia and in Calabria, both free and open to all while places last.
These will be opportunities to present the program “Expensive olives" where the Pieralisi aims to offer a service that works beyond the electrical and mechanical maintenance work, but also focuses on radding a high quality product: a technical study, in short, on the quality of extra virgin olive oil in relation to technological innovations combined with further central themes in the oil mill activity and of certain interest for professionals in the sector.

The first appointment is scheduled Tuesday 23 July in Cisternino (Br), at Hosteria Sant'Anna where the participants will be welcomed new CEO of Pieralisi, eng. Aldino Zeppelli who will introduce the work of a morning enriched by the presence of prof. Alexander Leo, a point of reference forUniversity of Bari in the field of machines and systems for oil extraction and Dr. Cosimo Damiano Guarini agronomic consultant specialized in olive growing and quality oil. In the middle, the presentation of the new compact system Pieralisi for a premium oil: MyMill 8.2.
To close the initiative, the presentation of the Digital Library “Quality Pieralisi Oil” where, with the involvement of panel Olea, the program with which the oils coming from the participating oil mills are evaluated will be illustrated, with the publication of the sensorial profiles and organoleptic characteristics in a specific section of the site Pieralisi, as well as with a second tasting - and related evaluation - months later to verify the shelf life of extra virgin olive oil: an additional service to support mill workers not only in ensuring fully efficient machines, but also in the production of increasingly higher quality oil.

Three days later, On Friday 26th the appointment will be repeated in Rende (Cs), at the CREA headquarters. Here, together with the Pieralisi leaders, the prof. Maurice Servili ofUniversity of Perugia, icon of technological innovation in the oil mill and the prof. Enzo Perri, director of the Center that I will develop the themes related to the valorization of by-products. Pieralisi will also present the new compact system in the Calabrian stage MyMill 8.2 , Digital Library “Quality Pieralisi Oil” for full valorisation of the oils of the participating millers.
