It is born EVOO Business Management, the first master dedicated to extra virgin olive oil which aims to train highly specialized professionals capable of grasping and planning the relaunch of the sector with a view to sustainability and innovation
The initiative is of Treccani Academy, The business school of Treccani which has as scientific partner of the agri-food area Qualivita FoundationIn partnership with Unaprol – Italian Olive Consortium and with the support of Evoo School Foundation.
Il Master Evoo Business Management is aimed at all those who intend to operate or already operate in the olive-oil sector and who wish to develop, specialize or deepen skills on topics such as product knowledge, business management, marketing and consumption habits, policies and export and internationalization strategies, tax incentives and planning, oil tourism.

The training course, led by an exceptional faculty, will be structured in 7 non-consecutive weekends and 70 hours of lessons to follow online, live streaming or on demand, a teaching methodology in step with the times and therefore compatible with work activity, alternating with a few days in the classroom at the Evoo School Foundation.
The partners – Qualivita, Unaprol and Op Latium – have chosen to make a further contribution to the training of expert professionals in the olive industry by allocating various scholarships to fully cover the enrollment fee for the Master. Treccani Accademia also offers the possibility of applying for a full scholarship for tutoring and management of virtual classrooms in live streaming.
