The following was particularly successful:EVO Bar, the creative proposal that featured PDO and organic extra virgin olive oil as the protagonist of a list of original cocktails. The initiative demonstrated how a traditional product can be adapted to modern languages without losing its connection to the quality of the raw material. The Tastings of the oils of the finalists of the Oro Verde dell'Umbria competition, which represented the best of this year's local production.
With the conclusion of this edition, Assoprol Umbria confirms the validity of its promotional strategy, based on the combination of technical training and direct consumer involvement. This activity is part of the Rural Development Complement for Umbria 2023-2027, intervention SRG10 "Promotion of Quality Products", financed by the European Agricultural Fund for Rural Development (EAFRD).
