An international point of reference for almost two decades, the Aipo d'Argento oil competition, organized byInterregional association of olive producers, this year saw the participation of 355 samples coming from Italy and practically from all the countries bordering the Mediterranean.
Between PDO/PGI, organic, monovarietal, blend, top winners, flavoured, state of origin and packaging numerous oil mills and farms have obtained the prestigious awards, together with those who have obtained the Gocce di Qualità certificate for having passed the high score required by the regulation to obtain this mention.
He also spoke at the awards ceremony Benjamin Tripodi (in the photo together with Aipo director Enzo Gambin),Pieralisi commercial area – world leader in the production of oil machines – who supported the competition: “Congratulations to all the winners – underlined Tripodi – expression of so much knowledge and passion. They are awards not the result of chance but of work, with the head, with the heart, with the arms and with that tenacity that is also found in Aipo, always active in promoting initiatives aimed at promoting knowledge and improvement of the product in the field of entire supply chain”.
