An EnoliExpo worth remembering: over 10 thousand attendees

With over 10 thousand attendees between the stands and a very rich participation in the technical conferences, the 6th edition of theEnoliExo di Bari. A success that certifies how this event, from this year labeled "international fair", is the natural point of reference for the olive oil sector in Italy and one of the most interesting in the central-south for the viticultural and oenological sector.

The membership of all the main trade associations and PO associations has contributed to bringing olive growers, millers and wine producers from every region and abroad to the Fiera del Levante. A professional fair that proposed the latest technological innovations in all manufacturing processes: many of the advanced solutions present on agricultural machinery and equipment for processing olive groves and vineyards were particularly appreciated by visitors; a lot of interest also among the olive oil machines, the cellar systems and the bottling, packing and packaging processes which confirm how the industry and craftsmanship at the service of these two supply chains are capable of translating the new needs of olive producers into practice and wineries. There are also plenty of sections relating to nurseries and technological services presented by new interesting start-ups.

From the foreign delegations present, selected by the Institute for Foreign Trade, positive contacts with various exhibiting companies for subsequent negotiations. Expanded to the craft beer production segment, EnoliExpo has also intercepted a target of operators who are operating in this market with ever greater incisiveness. Pleasantly animated the stand of the Puglia Region, with the proposed dissemination activities from the University of Bari and by the 'Association of millers of the region.

It provided the backdrop to the rich exhibition part an extensive training program which featured some of the most authoritative researchers, teachers and experts in olive growing and viticulture, as well as in the beer sector. And the large presence of the public in the rooms confirmed not only the goodness of the initiative, but also the awareness that there is always attention to knowledge and discussion for constant professional updating.
