The event, presented by the regional councilor for agriculture, Francesco Paolicelli, together with the president of Enoliexpo, Sonia Villani, is the only event in Italy specifically dedicated to technologies for the olive oil production chain.admission is free.

- the meeting "Xylella, the crisis of Salento's olive oil mills" (Friday the 20th, 3:00 p.m.) with the entrepreneur John Melcarne and the researcher Pier Paolo Miglietta of UniSalento;
- the meeting "Xylella in Puglia: Past and Future" (Friday 20th, 3:00 PM) of Italy Olive Oil and Cia Puglia with the President Gennaro Sicolo, researcher Donato Boscia and institutional representatives;
- the conference "The 21st-Century Olive Grower: Challenges and Opportunities" (Saturday 21st, 11.30 am) with Salvatore Camposeo, father of Lecciana and among the most authoritative supporters of productive olive growing, together with Alessandro Vivaldi e Francesco Maldera of NIKA.
