“Evoluzione”, the event dedicated to quality extra virgin olive oil returns to Rome

Monday 27st January, at The Hive Hotel in Rome, the start is underway 7th edition of Evolution with meetings, guided tastings, masterclasses, book presentations and conferences organized by the company for the promotion and valorization of EVO Oleonaut and from the independent publishing house The black sheep.

Evoluzione is the annual event dedicated to EVO oil lovers and this year it will present to the market the selected Italian extra virgin olive oil companies and the 2025 Evolution Oils Guide, a useful tool for Horeca operators to help them choose the oils for their business and, more generally, a recommended read for all enthusiasts who want to learn more about the project.

I Official Awards Evolution 2025 were awarded to six categories of operators who have distinguished themselves for their particular commitment to the cultural promotion of extra virgin olive oil and who during the event will receive porcelain plaques created by the Italian-Japanese artist Yuriko Damiani.

The award Oil Pizzeria the award goes to Acquaefarina of Trento Oil Restaurant the prize went to Daní Maison Ischia (NA). Oil Menu at the Costa restaurant pizzeria in Cinisello Balsamo (MI), the award Oil Ice Cream Shop goes to Captain Cono of Rome, the award Oil Tourism to the Molino7cento Agricultural Company of Cori (LT), the prize Oil Communication at Cucina & Vini in Rome. In addition, the award will be recognized Commitment to society to the manufacturing company Parco dei Buoi of Larino (CB) which will benefit from free participation in the project.

Like every year, Evoluzione will welcome illustrious guests, representatives of institutions, entrepreneurs, great chefs and journalists in a day marked by a busy program of activities. Among the most significant events, in the morning, we will talk about Italian cuisine in the world, a candidate for UNESCO heritage, together with representatives of CREA, ISMEA and Food Innovation Broker, while in the afternoon at 15:30 pm there will be a conference organized in collaboration with the Campus Bio-Medico University of Rome in which the theme of the impact of EVO oil on health will be addressed with researchers and professors from other Italian universities.

There will be presentations of volumes dedicated to nutrition and healthy eating and tasting masterclasses, for which you can already register, led by technicians in the sector with the participation of experts in catering, gastronomy and training.

For Horeca operators, the press and professionals of the sector, admission is free all day (from 10:00 to 20:00). The public of enthusiasts is admitted from 15.00:20.00 to XNUMX:XNUMX.
