With the participation of over 200 exhibitors distributed on 18 thousand square meters of exhibition space, come back from 7 to 9 March 2024 the EnoliExpo at the Fiera del Levante in Bari, a biennial event dedicated to technological innovations for oil and wine producers, officially certified as an "international fair" this year.
Second European exhibition event for the olive oil sector (afterExpoliva of Jaén in Spain, scheduled in odd years), theEnoliExpo of Bari it also qualifies as one of the main events in the Mediterranean area for the viticultural and oenological sector, with the participation of the major manufacturing companies in the supply of machinery, products, equipment and services for these two strategic sectors of the Italian agri-food sector. From the olive grove to the oil mill, from the vineyard to the cellar, up to bottling and marketing, all the technology applied to the two supply chains will be the protagonist over the three days, with a 15% increase in exhibition space compared to 2022 and numerous appointments. In fact, all are actively involved in this event trade associations in the sector agricultural, but also of the cooperation and artisan world, Over which University – starting from the “Aldo Moro” of Bari – ed Research institutions. Strong synergies with the aim of accompanying the exhibition part with a rich training and professional development activity with over twenty meetings and conferences spread over the three days.
But not only that: this 6th edition of EnoliExpo will also be characterized by Beertech, dedicated to technologies for the production of craft beer, a constantly growing segment and therefore there is space to present and enhance the offer of products and services dedicated to it.
The choice of free entry is aimed at encouraging the greater influx of professional operators expected from all over Italy and from the countries with the greatest olive-growing vocation. Official foreign delegations, organized by the Institute for Foreign Trade, will arrive from Türkiye, Tunisia, Morocco and Albania.
Centrality will obviously be given in the conference part to Puglia region, where this year oil production exceeded 60% of the entire national production and where the world of wine is continuing to make giant strides in the name of product quality and marketing.
