The morning will be dedicated to a conference focusing on the application of new technologies in olive growing, with particular attention to sustainability, climate resilience, and production traceability.
The morning scientific session will host presentations by university professors, researchers, and professionals:
- Chemical traceability and environmental quality for the valorization of agri-food products (Prof. Attilio Naccarato, UNICAL);
- Chemical properties of rock dust (Mario Prejanò, UNICAL);
- Olive biodiversity and climate change (Enzo Perri, CREA-OF Rende);
- Carbon credits and regenerative agriculture, with internationally certified operational experience (Cosimo Mazzotta, Alberami srl);
