Predictive maintenance programs
Pieralisi predictive maintenance programs, as known, are a fundamental component to prevent and resolve possible inconveniences related to normal wear of machinery and maintain high quality standards.
They are carried out by specialized technicians who guarantee correct planning of the interventions making them faster and more efficient, ensure continuous monitoring of the machines also through the intervention of equipped mobile workshops, a reduction in the time required to find spare parts and finally a significant containment of all management costs.
OliveCare Pro Maintenance
With the aim of increasing production efficiency, both in terms of functionality and quality of the olive oil plant, Pieralisi has enriched the predictive maintenance program with a new format, called OliveCare Pro.
This maintenance program offers exclusive benefits:
• Priority on planning interventions maintenance required;
• 20% discount on spare parts, working hours, travel and mileage for the whole of 2024;
• 30% discount on machine overhauls at our workshops and 12 months warranty on overhauled components;
• Issuing of a “Pieralisi Certificate of Maintenance Excellence” for maintained machines.
The Olive Care Pro program also offers the opportunity to join the Digital Libraries, born from the collaboration between the Pieralisi company and the OLEA association, which represents one of the main innovations of this new maintenance program. The Digital Library is a collection of EVO oils from participating companies, subjected to analysis by a panel of expert tasters who will define the sensory and organoleptic profiles and compare them with a second analysis repeated after 6 months to verify the shelf-life of the oil. The Digital Library also offers Pieralisi customers the opportunity to advertise their products, confirming that accurate and systematic maintenance of their machines can guarantee quality oil!
This year, the Olivecare Pro 2025 program also includes a big new feature: All participating companies will be able to participate for free in the “L'Oro del Mediterraneo 2025” competition, a competition for extra virgin olive oils, organized by OLEA Aps with the collaboration of national and international organizations and associations. Thanks to this competition, it will be possible to compare the quality of your oil with that of other operators in the sector from countries bordering the Mediterranean. It is possible to participate in the competition by sending oil samples, together with the application form, no later than February 18th.
