“The challenge that we have always set ourselves and in particular this year, involves placing the extra virgin olive oil supplied by the members at the best market conditions through partnerships with some important bottlers on the national and international scene, in order to guarantee a stable and long-lasting commercial outlet, as well as remunerating the associated producers at prices much higher than the current average" added the director of OP PugliaOlive Antonio Greco, which concludes; “We have decided that for the current year the cost of pressing already defoliated olives corresponds to suns €5,50/ql; from this too we can deduce the healthy desire to return the maximum profit to the producer by optimizing the resources available".
