The Olio Capitale salon is back in presence after two years of stoppage due to the pandemic. The exhibition dedicated to producers and buyers is scheduled from 13 to 15 May al Trieste Convention Center in Old Port. They confirmed attendance over 170 manufacturing companies from Italy and Greece while i buyers will come from all over Europe and Japan.
In the three days they will be scheduled presentations, business deals, debates, courses on extra virgin olive oil and show cooking. On the opening day, the awards are scheduled for the Capital Oil Competition 2022 in which they took part 156 manufacturers from six countries bordering the Mediterranean.
Il Ministry of Agricultural Food Policies and fostay there will be the protagonist within the exhibition with a series of actions to promote the national fish product combined with extra virgin olive oil. The event is organized by Venice Giulia Chamber of Commerce in collaboration with the 'City of Oil Association.
