Second AllFood, the Milanese agri-food fair that processed the data of Export Pallaning, global demand reached 2021 billion euros in 6,3, 5,3% more than in 2018. It is the case of South Korea, where signings have increased by a whopping 16 million euros in four years, though Japan e China remain the main destination countries of the product, registering over 100 million euro of imports in 2021. Overseas, the major importers are the United States: in 2021 the US exceeded 900 million euros, retaining second place in the ranking of the main importers on a global scale. The Brazilian market has over 300 million euros of imports in 2021, while Mexico (+6,5 million euros), Colombia (+4,5 million euros) and Canada (+2,2 million euros) it is the other countries that show significant growth margins.
