Mandranova is a "family" farm, which has been operating for 5 generations. Led by Giuseppe Di Vincenzo, assisted by his son Gabriele who mainly deals with the management of the mill and the restaurant. Tradition and innovation have been our goals, always trying to enhance the charm of the past with technology. The company is located in Sicily, in Palma di Montechiaro (AG). It spreads over 180 hectares of land, mainly cultivated with olive and almond trees. The choice of native cultivars has allowed us over time to specialize in the production of mono-varietal extra virgin olive oils and the use of technologically advanced plants has allowed us to produce high quality oils.

Numerous awards received in national and international competitions. The most recent recognition from Lodo, L'Orciolo d'Oro, which named Mandranova “Company of the Year” Focusing on quality has led to a high appreciation on foreign markets.

In 2021 the renewal of the Pieralisi oil plant was completed: the new hammer crusher, the proreactor, the SPI 222S centrifuge and the new generation Marte separator. The objectives were to reduce kneading times, work continuously in two phases without adding water, keeping temperatures low and paying particular attention to cleanliness and hygiene. The system was equipped with a refrigeration system in correspondence with the crusher, the proreactor and the centrifuge, to reduce temperatures as much as possible and keep the organoleptic qualities of the oils unaltered. The oils produced are filtered and stored in steel silos under nitrogen and in a cool place to avoid oxidation and deterioration. The company packs bottles and bag in boxes. Also during these phases, nitrogen is used.

The company's extra virgin olive oils are produced from olives grown on their own farm and from Sicilian varieties such as Nocellara del Belice, Biancolilla, Cerasuola, Giarraffa. The “Multicultivar” extra virgin oil we produce includes, in addition to the varieties mentioned above, other Sicilian cultivars in a smaller percentage. Mandranova is not just a farm. Staying in Mandranova allows you to discover the charm of the old renovated farmhouse, the flavors of traditional cuisine revisited in a modern key, the world of extra virgin olive oil with guided tastings, the wonders of the surrounding area.
