Until Wednesday 13 April Sol&AgriFood is staged at the Verona Fair, a traditional meeting place between supply and demand where oil producers tell their extra virgin olive oils to buyers and horeca operators. Numerous companies will be present, the scheduled appointments will be interesting.
After the conferences of On Monday April 11 su "Man does not live on bread alone: tourism for the future agri-food" and “The Oil Master: locked up alone in the oil mill for too long”, tomorrow – Tuesday 12 – there are three scheduled appointments:
- "Casual money for Italian olive growing: the investments that really serve the sector", with Fooi, Unapol, AIFO and Unaprol (April 12, 11,45 am);
- “Is a model for a new Italian olive cultivation possible?”, with Enrico Lodolini (April 12, 15,30 am);
- "Oil tourism to the test of sustainability", with Maria Grazia Bertaroli and Maria Rosa Balzan (April 12, 16,30 pm).Sol&Agrifood hosts the awards ceremony of XNUMXth edition of Sol d'Oro (April 10, 15.30 pm, Sala Vivaldi -1 PalaExpo Veronafiere), international competition reserved for Evoo oil. Marino Giorgetti, head of the Competition panel, will take care of the daily appointments with the winning oils of the Sol d'Oro.
