The choice of the country of kangaroos is not accidental: in fact, results are being recorded here many interesting both in the production of oil olive than in that of consumption. In 2021, the Australian olive campaign reached a record figure of 21 thousand tons of product. A level that barely covered the half of the consumption of olive oil that in the same reference year they have passed the 50 thousand tons annually. Just to give a dimension of the growth, a recent statistic has shown that in the last 7 years per capita oil consumption in Australia it went from 1.3 kilos to over 2 kilos. A leap significanto, but with further ample room for improvement.
