As every year, the Inail ISI tender 2023, with a total allocation of ben 333 million euro for the whole national territory, an allocation that exceeds the previous record of 2022 of 273 million. This demonstrates Inail's attention to safety in the workplace. The purpose of the announcement is improve the working conditions of employees, through replacement of obsolete machinery with machinery that meets the most recent provisions on safety for workers.
Questions can be entered on the Inail website until next June 16th. The funding procedure provides that applications correctly entered within the deadline and which meet the requirements of the announcement will participate in the click day procedure for the allocation of funds.
The total allocation is divided by single region. Inail finances with the 65% non-refundable investment projects related to worker safety, with projects up to 200.000 €. So the maximum contribution obtainable is 130.000 €. The Inail announcement is cumulative with an additional 20% tax credit Transition 4.0, making the financing granted very convenient.
There are two lines of intervention that may interest millers.
The first involves the replacement of machinery without CE marking (previous machines 1998). In this case the old car must be necessarily scrapped. The new machine must have characteristics similar to the old one, same equipment, with the possibility of increasing up to 50% the productive power of the old machine.
The second line of intervention involves the replacement of machinery with CE marking obsolete (old machines 2006). In this case the old machine can be scrapped or traded in for the purchase of the new one. The new machine must have characteristics similar to the old one, same equipment, with the possibility of increasing up to 30% the productive power of the old machine.
For the increase in power, reference must be made to the characteristics of the machine, for example being able to take the hourly production capacity as a reference. They fall into the category of machines that can be replaced by centrifugal extractors, vertical separators, kneaders, etc. An interesting opportunity certainly not to be missed.
