La Finezza presents ready-made sauces from a monocultivar selection

On the occasion of Gustus of Naples, scheduled from 19 to 21 November, this dissemination and awareness work will take a further step forward.

From collaboration with Vestalia, a company specializing in the production of food preserves, the new ones are born Ready Sauces La Finezza Monocultivar Selection. Recipes in which 100% Italian extra virgin olive oil is finally the protagonist, the main element, testimony to taste and quality.

The idea is simple and at the same time disruptive, it represents an important step in the path of spreading the culture of EVO oil, both towards consumers, who are increasingly aware and informed, and with regards to the world of quality production that chooses valuable ingredients.

This is how the line was born La Finezza Monocultivar Selection, from a certified supply chain Unapol. A selection of specific cultivars, which combine the flavors of tradition, with combinations capable of best enhancing the local raw materials, to deliver tasty and genuine recipes to consumers, without the use of preservatives. The graphic impact of the product also highlights the name of the cultivar, as a fundamental ingredient of the preparation.

The first three recipes based on monocultivar EVO oil, previewed at Gustus, will be: Ravece Cultivar in Neapolitan Ragù, Coratina Cultivar in Broccoli and Sausage and Cerasuola Cultivar in Swordfish and Eggplant.

During the days of the fair, the La Finezza stand will see the participation of Chef Umberto Vezzoli, the brand's historic ambassador, who will present a preview to the public of the gourmet line of the selection of monocultivar sauces, ready to accompany the classic line in the coming months.
