Here we are at the new Sunday appointment with the column, “Roberta's Kitchen” . This Sunday kicks offAdvent, which in the Christian church means the period of preparation for Christmas. It's ours Roberta Rogeri, official oil taster and cooking expert (in the picture), he takes the opportunity to present us an original vegetable dish, easy to prepare and garnish, to be presented both as an appetizer and as a side dish, which he combines with an Italian extra virgin olive oil, medium fruity.
