Electronic oil register, access with digital identity

Aifo, Italian Association of Oil Millers, recalls that Law Decree 76/2000 established the obligation for all public bodies and the public administration to abandon their online identification systems and adopt exclusively digital identity to allow citizens to access digital services. In compliance with this obligation, the systems for accessing the electronic oil register have been adapted to allow recognition via Spid, Cie (the electronic identity card) e Cns (National Service Card).
Therefore starting May 24, 2022 it will be possible to access the electronic register also with the Spid or Cns digital identity. The current recognition procedure through tax code/PIN will be kept until 31 December 2022 but it will no longer be possible to register according to the current methods (PIN) or to recover the forgotten or lost PIN.
The first access to the electronic register via Spid, Cie or Cns will be allowed to the legal representative of the registered company SIAN. The same can then delegate third parties to compile the register through a specific delegation function available in the reserved area (delegate management). The method of delegating the keeping of the register to an Agricultural Assistance Center remains unchanged.
