Is called HOL'IO, and it is a very special oil because it has a "I" inside. It's that of the boys of ViTA21, the association founded in Catania in 2013 by a group of parents of children with Down syndrome. Inside this oil, created thanks to the collaboration of Cutrera oil mills of Chiaramonte Gulfi, there is a mix of work, creativity, sharing and passion, the same that gave life to the label design project. It was them thirteen boys, aged between 13 and 20, to try their hand at harvesting olives to produce their extra virgin olive oil. Together with the parents and managers of Frantoi Cutrera they spent a day in the countryside dedicating themselves to the olive harvest and then following the entire production process inside the company's hyper-technological mill. Tasting the freshly produced oil is a must. But not only. THE guys from ViTA21 have created several labels which they then proceeded to manually affix to all the bottles produced.

“Each label has personalized graphics – he explains Gianluca Marletta, president of ViTA21 – The children were asked to represent their idea of “friendship”. Everyone interpreted the theme in their own way and created a small "work of art".

The result is some 50 cl bottles of oil produced in a limited edition that anyone can request from the association (via ViTA21's Facebook and Instagram social channels) to treat themselves or make an original gift full of value at Christmas. The proceeds from the collection will go to finance the main activities of the association. The collaboration of Frantoi Cutrera was fundamental in the entire project with great social value. “Their availability was fundamental, for many reasons – declares the president of ViTA
21-. First of all, it was nice to see the joy in their eyes when we proposed the project and, then, to underline the home atmosphere and the welcome we received in the "operational" phase from the entire company. And again, the technical support of all the staff during the graphic processing phase of the labels made sure that this dream could come true. Last but not least, the quality of the final product which represents amply demonstrated production excellence".
