This year Unapol – National Union of Olive Producers Associations, through the brand The Finesse, is the official sponsor of Grand Prix Offshore City of Cervia. The rich selection of excellent monocultivars of extra virgin olive oil will be the protagonists in a series of refined interpretations and gastronomic creations by the chef Umberto Vezzoli, historic brand ambassador La Finezza, assisted for the occasion by chef Stefano Torelli.
